GOLD ART Ceramica Spa, the data controller, wishes to inform you of how it will
process your data pursuant to Article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679.
Purpose of processing and legal basis
The data collected will be processed exclusively to respond to your requests for
information and/or prepare a quote/offer requested by you. Providing data in the
fields marked with an asterisk * (Name, Surname, Email, and Country) is mandatory.
Failure to provide this data will result in the form not being sent and, therefore,
making it impossible to receive and fulfill your request. Failure to provide data in the
optional fields will not prevent your message from being sent, but may, as well as
providing partial or incorrect data, make it impossible to fully or correctly fulfill your
requests. The processing of the data provided in this form is based on the legal basis
of the need to fulfill the data subject’s pre-contractual requests (Article 6, paragraph
1, letter b) of the GDPR) as well as the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in
fulfilling requests for information requested by the data subject (Article 6, paragraph
1, letter f) of the GDPR).
Furthermore, only with your consent, GOLD ART Ceramica Spa may process your
data for personalized marketing purposes, such as, but not limited to, sending
newsletters, information and commercial promotions, invitations to events and
trade fairs, etc. For such processing, it will be necessary to obtain your consent as
established by Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of EU Regulation 2016/679; providing
your data is optional, therefore, your refusal will not affect the sending of the
request for information.
Transfer of data to third countries
The data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU.
Data Retention Period
The data will be retained for the time necessary to respond to user requests and
subsequently to fulfill legal obligations. Data collected for marketing purposes will
be retained until the user withdraws consent or exercises their right to object.
Data Recipients
The data will be processed exclusively by GOLD ART’s sales and marketing staff and
by third-party companies/consultants who perform tasks/services on behalf of the
Data Controller as data processors (e.g., for website maintenance, hosting providers,
digital marketing, communications).The data will not be disclosed.
Data Subject Rights
Pursuant to Chapter III of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to request from
the Data Controller access to their data, rectification or erasure of the data,
restriction of processing, or the right to object to processing, to request data
portability, and to withdraw consent to processing by exercising these and other
rights provided by the GDPR by simply notifying the Data Controller. Finally, the data
subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if he or she

believes that the processing of his or her personal data violates applicable data
protection legislation.
